At Zalisa Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with exchanges.
1. Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
- Items must be:
- Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
- In original packaging with all tags intact.
- Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
- Unboxing video is required to verify the product condition.
2. Non-Exchangeable Items
- Accessories, innerwear, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
- Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged.
- Note: Sale/discounted items can only be exchanged if the product is defective or incorrect.
3. Exchange Process

- Your Order Details
- Order Payment Mode
- Delivery Date
- Reason for Exchange
- Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
- Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.
4. Exchange Charges
- A standard exchange fee will be applied to cover logistics:
- All Orders (COD & Prepaid): ₹200
- No charges will apply if the product received is wrong, damaged, or defective.
5. Size Exchanges
- We offer size exchanges (subject to availability).
- If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-value item.
- Note: Sale/discounted items are only eligible for exchange if the product is defective or incorrect.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a free exchange at no additional cost.
