Refund policy

At Zalisa Fashion, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to assist you with exchanges.


1. Eligibility for Exchange
  • Exchange requests are accepted within 3 days of delivery.
  • Items must be:
    • Unused, unworn, and unwashed.
    • In original packaging with all tags intact.
  • Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted.
  • Unboxing video is required to verify the product condition.

2. Non-Exchangeable Items
  • Accessories, innerwear, and sale/discounted items are not eligible for exchange.
  • Customized or altered products cannot be exchanged.
  • Note: Sale/discounted items can only be exchanged if the product is defective or incorrect.

3. Exchange Process

    • Your Order Details
    • Order Payment Mode
    • Delivery Date
    • Reason for Exchange
  • Our team will review your request and guide you through the exchange process.
  • Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs, unless the item received was defective or incorrect.

4. Exchange Charges
  • A standard exchange fee will be applied to cover logistics:
    • All Orders (COD & Prepaid): ₹200
  • No charges will apply if the product received is wrong, damaged, or defective.

5. Size Exchanges
  • We offer size exchanges (subject to availability).
  • If the desired size is unavailable, you may choose another product of equal value or pay the difference for a higher-value item.
  • Note: Sale/discounted items are only eligible for exchange if the product is defective or incorrect.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
  • If you receive a wrong, damaged, or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a free exchange at no additional cost.
